Selection of the contractor for offshore software development project.

Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative is selecting a contractor for software development project for one of the alliance participants.

Project description:

Project content – conversion of the code from VB into C++. Working for the western client.

Project management including all communications
with the client as well as project testing will be within responsibility of General contractor.

• Project start -July 28
• duration – 1,5 months
• team – 5 skilled programmers

Team requirements.

Main team members should meet the following requirements:

• 5+ yrs experience in C++ programming
• High proficiency in VB
• Skills in: MS Visual Studio, MS Visual Source Safe
• 1+ year experience in programming fr Windows XP, WinPE
• Proficiency in LDAP and PowerQuest
• English speaking (technical is a must)
• All team members should have fully equipped work stations in the company premises (no freelance workers are allowed)
• All team should be familiar with RUP
