Softjourn, a Fremont-based software services provider with a major operations center in Ukraine, announced today that it has been named one of the the Global Outsourcing 100 companies, in the rising stars category. The ranking was put together by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) in its 2015 Global Outsourcing 100® List.
