November 20 – 21, 2007
Börsenplatz 4, IHK Frankfurt am Main Conference Centre
60313 Frankfurt am Main

The OUTSOURCING USER FORUM 2007 is the fifth in a series of conferences and the largest annual event of its kind in the German-speaking world. The congress is characterised by the neutrality of its platform, the opportunity it presents for dialogue between experts, and its sense of ‘users for users’.

Patrons: German Association for Information Technology, Telecommunications and New Media e.V. (BITKOM), Federation of German Industries (BDI), Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK), Chamber of Industry and Commerce Frankfurt am Main (IHK).

Over two plenary sessions, six workshops, a panel discussion and other special dialogue and networking formats, comprehensive information and material for discussion is presented to users, mediators and suppliers of outsourcing services. The main aim is to improve the management of outsourcing contracts.

At the request of the participants, exchanges and networking opportunities are to be given a distinctly higher priority than has previously been the case.

  • To support decision makers in finding solutions to strategic, business, economic, organizational and legal questions concerning the varied forms of sourcing, specifically in IT and business processes;
  • To present and exchange knowledge and experience of successful examples of implementing sourcing strategies;
  • To provide practical knowledge for aiding decision making.

Target Groups

  • Decision makers – directors, managers and other leading executives in large and medium-sized companies and in administrative bodies on local, state and national level, who wish to meet on a neutral platform to gather and exchange information in discussions on the general theme of sourcing in its various forms.
  • Mediators (business associations, business press, specialist journals, media, consultancy companies, etc.) and
