New status – new prospects

The crisis in Ukraine has affected all business sectors. Amid deep financial stress, the new redistribution of market was inevitable.

Against the background of the relative stability of 2011-2013, many had their place in the sun, some managed to work in peace under the well-established pattern, without using the methods of activation of internal reserves.

The crisis of 2014 put a lot of businessmen to the task to review the values.

But it’s an ill wind that blows any good. If to recall the examples in the history of the world business, it is a period of profound crisis that makes enterprising businessmen to take a different look at the way it is. This was the reason that made Yuriy Kurlyanchyk, the General Director of AGELESS, outline new priorities in the company’s activities:

  • develop in-house expertise of the new SAP products and services,
  • work more deeply towards improving the quality of services provided,
  • activate all internal resources to search the SAP new customers.

AGELESS claims that it continues to grow actively, achieving new successes. Nowadays, the company shares its achievements in the following areas.

1. AGELESS – SAP Silver Partner

Due to the changes in the global formation of SAP PartnerEdge, since August 31, 2015, AGELESS has received the SAP Silver Partner status, which is a direct proof of our competence in providing SAP services and solutions in Ukraine and Georgia.

The new partner program takes into account the efficiency of the partner company’s activities, the level of business competence and its strategic focus.

The principal scored activities are SAP license sales, project implementation, certification of employees, SAP customer support, as well as the promotion of innovative SAP products.

According to the latest requirements of SAP SE, a prerequisite for work of the partners supporting SAP Business All-in-One and/or SAP HANA, is the use of SAP Solution Manager. From the beginning of its activities and for nine years, AGELESS installs and uses SAP Solution Manager in the projects with its customers, whom it provides support services as VAR-partner.

2. New customers

During the crisis, since early 2014 to date, we have been working with 15 new customers from the sectors: distribution, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, agribusiness, banks and logistics. The majority of them are international companies. The successful cooperation has resulted in interesting projects implemented, as well as the positive feedback from our customers.

3. SAP training

AGELESS continues to provide training services for the customers. In 2015, we delivered individual training programs in:

  • SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards 4.1.
  • SAP Business Objects BI 4.1 Interactive Analysis Report Design.
  • Financial and tax accounting in SAP ERP 6.0.

4. New staff

The company’s staff recruits new employees. Even in times of crisis, AGELESS did not stop the practice of training young employees, as a member of SAP University Alliance. Currently, promising novice consultants are on probation in AGELESS, and the company continues to recruit trainees.

5. ISO certification validation

In August 2015, AGELESS validated ISO 9001: 2008, obtained earlier.

This certificate confirms the main objectives of the company – to manage the quality of services, meet international standards of project management in consulting and implementation of automated management systems.

6. Membership Hi-tech Ukraine

It’s no secret that IT-outsourcing in Ukraine is well known outside the country. AGELESS has joined Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative for the cooperation with foreign companies.

Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative supports the development of Ukrainian software and IT outsourcing market. Its goal is to help Ukraine become one of the most recognized and appealing producers of outsourcing services.
