LodeRunner Codenjoy by GlobalLogic

Сodenjoy games, fancied by many developers, were recently held at GlobalLogic Kyiv office.

This time the particpants enjoyed a tournament of LodeRunner. It was not a usual game: the participants played with their bots, programmed on the spot.

Both newcomers and frequenters of Codenjoy attended the game.

It is noteworthy, that many girls participated this time. LodeRunner needs complicated algorithms, yet all the gamers did a great job writing their code.

Bots were written in  Java, Python, PHP and other languages. Bambi team was a leader for a long time during the game, but eventually another team, Flareon1, headed the list.

The competition started in the morning of October 25, but the participants were so excited that they stayed for a few hours longer that it was planned. Thus, on Saturday, November 1, an additional online tournament was held. First, AVAG team was ahead of the pack, but later Bambi won by a head.

The next teams in a range were m16a, xyz, apofig, mont, forest, aaa.
