Intetics ranks among Top 20 global outsourcing companies for Delivery Excellence

On June 8th 2015, Fortune 500 published the list of the Global Outsourcing 100, compiled by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).

This is Intetics’ 9th consecutive inclusion on the list of best outsourcing companies in the world. This year, it was also ranked among the Top 20 for delivery excellence.

IAOP began the ranking process in order to create a tool for outsourcing buyers to find the best partners.

“Buyers understand there are hundreds of qualified service providers and advisors out there, but what they really need to understand now is what makes each exceptional,”

said IAOP CEO, Debi Hamill.

“The new Global Outsourcing 100 have done just that. We’re proud to recognize Intetics for being among the highest rated companies in delivery excellence.”

Intetics was ranked among the top 20 best companies for delivery excellence. The full list was announced back in February, but without details or specific rankings. It can now be viewed online with details for each company’s specialty.

Intetics was rated in the Rising Star category because of its size. It was also recognized as one of the best companies in its size category for number of employees and number of countries worldwide – showcasing that Intetics has access to a vast number of talented software engineers, and provides great access to international markets.

Intetics also received above average results in customer reference, company recognition and certification, programs for innovation, and corporate social responsibility.

“Our main mission from day one was to build great software. It is a great honor to be recognized that we do, in fact, fulfill our mission by delivering some of the best software in the industry. Our growth, software quality and delivery process are part of our ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction,”

said Boris Kontsevoi, president and founder of Intetics.

2015 marks the tenth year of the list’s existence.

“The ten-year milestone made it the perfect time to expand and build upon the Global Outsourcing 100’s growing recognition and value,”

said Michael Corbett, IAOP Chairman.

“We’ve done that with a greater emphasis on making it easier to find companies and the excellence required to get on the list. We’re pleased to once again recognize the field’s top outsourcing providers and advisors at the 2015 Outsourcing World Summit and in FORTUNE magazine.”

The list is judged by a panel of seven outsourcing professionals, who have extensive knowledge of the field and of outsourcing best practices.

This year the panel included Jagdish Dalal from IAOP and JDalal Associates, Gregory Dawson, Assistant Professor of Information Systems, Teresa Harris, Global Supplier Relationship Manager at GE, William Hefley, Director at ITSqc LLC, Cheryl Seely, Manager at Thomson Reuters, Paul Quaglia, CIO at Scientific Games, and Mary D. Lewis, Sourcing Manager at Sprint.

Each company is ranked based on its size, growth, international locations, corporate social responsibility, innovation, and above all, customer references. In fact, customer reference is the single most important factor in the company’s overall score. The full list can be viewed in the current issue of Fortune 500 magazine, published on June 8th 2015.
