Intellias Specialists Get NN/g UX Certified

Four Intellias experts have passed one of the most prestigious UX certifications from Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g). As proof of their competence, Andrii Statkevych, Eldar Iefimenko, Pavlo Havrylov, and Maksym Grygorenko have been certified as UX managers by NN/g — world leaders in research-based user experience design.

NN/g training and the group’s UX certification program provide an in-depth study of crucial UX topics and effective UX techniques. The training includes extended lectures on practical design guidelines based on multiple research studies, covering thousands of UX-related topics. All lecturers are professional designers with years of experience and solid expertise in the field.

Nielsen Norman Group is an American computer user interface and user experience consulting firm founded in 1998 by Danish web usability consultant Jacob Nielsen and American author and researcher Don Norman. Their work includes analysis of the interface of Microsoft’s Windows 8 operating system as well as analyses of the UX of mobile devices (like iPad) and intranets.

As challenging as it is, certification is a great method of gaining knowledge, proving mastery of it, and testing it to fit international standards. Passing NN/g training is a major boost to a designer’s and company’s resume.

Andrii Statkevych, Head of Design Office at Intellias

NN/g certification is part of the larger personal development process at Intellias. Each designer at the company, from junior to senior, is encouraged to develop both professional and soft skills with the company’s support.

From the very first days at Intellias, young designers join Interaction Design Foundation courses and enroll in individual personal development plans. NN/g UX certification is planned for everyone holding senior or management positions in the design office as an essential part of professional skills development. The ongoing improvement of each employee’s professional skills is part of a wider Intellias strategy for technological excellence and seamless, outstanding delivery.
