Infopulse takes part in the third part of “Silver Coin” charitable project

The third part of Silver Coin, a charity project organized by Ukrainian Down Syndrome Organization (UDSO) and supported by UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group, started on 1 February 2012. The project is aimed at raising the funds to create learning programs for children with Down syndrome. The money will be intended for the release and distribution of the first “See and Learn” educational program in Ukraine teaching children arithmetic and body language. Anyone who wants to help children with Down syndrome learn to count and speak may drop a coin or a note in one of the boxes in any department of UkrSibbank or on the premises of a project partner organizations, and employees of Infopulse Ukraine may do that directly in company offices in Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Kyiv and Luhansk. Infopulse takes part in “Silver Coin” for the second time, and last year the company became one of the organizations that raised the biggest amount of donations. We have been conducting the campaign for several years and we know firsthand about kind-heartedness of Ukrainians. Thanks to the money raised in the course of the “Silver Coin” campaign (in 2010 and 2011), we were able to equip the Early Development Center for children with Down Syndrome and to release the program “See and Learn”, by means of which our children learn to speak and read. This year we will channel all the donations to further teaching the children arithmetic and body language in particular. All that brings the children with Down syndrome closer to the ones with a common pace of development and enables our kids to become true members of the society Sergei Kurianov, the president of UDSO Source: Infopulse
