HR-tour was held at Innovecs

The meeting was devoted to personnel management. Nataliya Zub, VP Corporate Development at Innovecs told about priorities in personnel management, elimination of bureaucratic processes and experience in distribution of responsibilities between HR-department and line management.

As a part of the tour company’s priorities in personnel management were also discussed.

As well, within this tour, Alena Lysak, Director of Business Development at Amplua, presented the results of research concerning Ukrainian and international practices in the field of employee engagement.

She told about resources required to manage the personnel involvement, about difficulties and areas of project growth on involvement. Alena also shared her experience of how survey results can be used for measurement of social indices and best practices for their management.
