Agenda

19.00-20.00 – How to evaluate the tester

“Whether you are a beginner or experienced Test Manager, the evaluation of your work (or your team) is always valid topic. Do you need to evaluate? How to evaluate and help to set the direction of growth for your employees? What if a company has no evaluation system? How to introduce a metric for evaluating the testers? We will consider these questions and their solutions on the example of a testing team of 30 people. Interesting? Come and learn how to “test the testers.”

Coach – Oleksandra Kovaleva

20.00- 21.00 – How to estimate testing time

“Every beginner with the first attempt to assess the testing often fails, because he is very optimistic and confident. And he can not justify his speed … But how the tester can become predictable and give the most accurate assessment for the task? At first glance, it’s pretty easy, but behind that simple word “evaluation” there are hidden pitfalls.

I will tell you a “recipe” to solve the problems with test assessment by which you take into account all testing activities and will always meet deadlines.”
