ELEKS Strengthens its Security Baseline Through a Strategic Partnership with Forcepoint

ELEKS, the expert software engineering and consultancy services firm, has partnered with global cybersecurity leader Forcepoint to extend the scope of its security monitoring services and establish an even more robust and secure managed security services offering. The managed security services partnership with Forcepoint offers ELEKS a flexible management console developed with service providers in mind, superior flexibility in terms of commercial models and a dedicated MSSP team to assist with enablement.

Having strengthened its own perimeter defence with Forcepoint’s Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) solution, ELEKS can now provide its customers with a new level of data protection, security monitoring and response services. Moreover, ELEKS plans to enhance the VPN security for existing clients with advanced firewall, SD-WAN and intrusion prevention systems.

Forcepoint NGFW is an award-winning firewall that blocks malicious attacks and prevents the theft of data and intellectual property while transforming infrastructure and increasing the efficiency of operations. Among the benefits that NGFW delivers to its users are higher business productivity with always-on approach, lower TCO burdens, reduced IT risk and simpler compliance. With NGFW in place, ELEKS will consolidate the efforts of its Security Operations Centre and decrease man-hours spent for deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting. Over time, the company will also move to sell the full range of Forcepoint products, including UEBA and DLP.

“The ELEKS security services focus on three key areas: expert security consulting, endpoint protection and advanced perimeter defence. We aim to empower our customers to efficiently prevent, detect and respond to cyber threats at all levels of the enterprise IT; from in-house and cloud infrastructure to web, applications, mobile and other connected devices”, says Iurii Garasym, the Director of Corporate Security at ELEKS. “Entering this new strategic security partnership, we can offer our customers a scalable and cost-effective security solution tailored to their specific requirements, business needs and IT landscape.”

“We are delighted to welcome ELEKS to our network of global channel partners,” commented Neal Lillywhite, VP Channel EMEA at Forcepoint. “Given that Forcepoint has received the highest security efficacy score from NSS Labs for the third year in a row, I am sure that demand will be high from customers across the world. No other NGFW vendor offers such protection against evasions, and as ELEKS can attest to the power of Forcepoint NGFW in their own critical infrastructure, they will be strong advocates and offer their customers a deep understanding of Forcepoint products and services.”
