To receive the competencies, ELEKS had to meet a rigorous set of demands that included having a number of Microsoft Certified Professionals, proving the company’s level of technology expertise, having one of our products tested by Microsoft and, most importantly, submitting customer references and a customer satisfaction rating via the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT).
The CSAT survey is a set of questions customers are asked in order to measure their overall satisfaction with the company’s services. And we are proud to announce that, according to this year’s survey results, ELEKS earned a 99% customer satisfaction rating!
