This is the 2nd conference in Lviv, which aims to combine specialists of IT market: small IT outsourcing companies, IT freelancers who work or want to work for such powerful Marketplace as oDesk/Elance and others, programmers from large companies that are trying to create their projects, web studios, etc.
The conference was created to help IT-freelancers to find reliable partners and contractors to extend the successful experience in the Marketplace for freelance and small outsourcing companies. Also talk about the most common decision problems and painful situations, and of course, enjoy the communication with supporters.
