With the Help of Unicorn Systems, FINEP Has Entered into the World of Mobile Devices
Recently, the company FINEP unveiled its redesigned website, which has been designed exclusively for use by mobile devices. It is thus the first property developer to meet the needs of its mobile device equipped customers – allowing them to quickly and easily get complete information about the company’s current product portfolio.
This new mobile services capability was created by the company iCom Vision, which is a part of Unicorn Systems.
The objective of the this new mobile application is to allow potential customers, who only have a mobile device, to quickly and easily see the apartments and properties FINEP currently has available for sale. With just a few clicks, users can quickly get an initial idea about the homes, real estates and locations that might be of interest to them.
To learn more, it is easy for users to contact a FINEP representative. If they wish, users can leave their contact information and the identification of the properties they are interested in talking to someone about.
“From our web analytics, it had become increasingly apparent that more and more smartphones and tablets were being used to access our website. With the smaller screens on such devices, traditional website pages are difficult to use and for some, almost illegible. As a result, we decided to come up with a new website, where there is full content but the technical and viewing aspects of the site would be optimized for access by mobile devices,”
explaines David J. Wodinský, the Marketing Director of FINEP. With this redesigned website, FINEP became the first developer in the Czech Republic to offer such a full featured, mobile-device-friendly website.
“Coming up with a mobile device website for a property developer was a unique challenge. It is distinctly different from the challenges faced in creating real estate second-hand. We had to be pioneers,”
added Wodinský.
FINEP’s new mobile device website allows users to conveniently examine the company’s portfolio of available apartments and homes. Visitors can use various parameters to enter search criteria and then create a list of favorite properties.
They also have the option to share this list. In addition, with the GPS feature available on many mobile devices, site users can navigate themselves directly to project locations. Of course, site visitors can also access information on the company’s latest special prices, the additional services that the company FINEP offers and easily contact FINEP staff for help.
Wodinský also noted that
“over time, we intend to further optimize and develop the website. For example, we are planning to add pages dedicated to the latest offerings from our real estate office along with information on other services that office has available. We will always be looking for new ways to take advantage of the capabilities of the current generation of mobile devices.”
