Unicorn Systems Received the Certificate of Excellence

For the tenth time in a row, TÜV SÜD, a leading authority in the area of inspections, certifications, testing, and education in the Czech Republic, has officially recognized companies striving to improve their services, processes, or products on a long-term basis and awarded them Certificates of Excellence.

These awards were presented in association with the November – Month of Quality campaign in the Czech Republic. Certificates were presented during a ceremonial dinner.

Certificate of Excellence has been awarded by TÜV SÜD to Czech companies across all industry and services areas for ten years now. In order to gain the certificate, the company has to successfully pass multiple inspections of services, processes, or products.

Company that wants to be awarded with this certificate has to hold several other certificates as a guarantee of the company’s systematical strive for improvement of its production or its approach to customers, employees, or the environment.

In 2016, the Certificate of Excellence was awarded to 17 companies in total. Among new holders of the award are for example Husqvarna Manufacturing CZ s.r.o., Madeta a.s., MICo s.r.o., TATSUNO EUROPE a.s., UNICORN SYSTEMS, Vitana a.s., or Zetor Traktors a.s. The Month of Quality program is connected to the annual European initiative called European Quality Week.

“P2016 has been exceptional in many aspects – because this year, we are celebrating 150th anniversary of the TÜV SÜD company. Therefore, I am even more pleased that this year, we celebrate the tenth anniversary of recognition of companies, for which quality holds value, and for which quality management is the key point of their business.
Moreover, due to the fact that we have icons of Czech industry, such as Madeta, Vitana, or Zetor among us, I can say with certainty that the quality of Czech products and services continues to hold its top-class worldwide standard. If we want to succeed together in today’s world on the Czech and global market, this is the direction we should adhere to,”

commented Oleg Spružina, TÜV SÜD Czech General Manager and Director of TÜV SÜD Central European cluster Czech – Poland – Slovakia.
