Softengi’s Team Lead Reported at Lviv PM Day 2014
In his report Viktor Bezhenar told about pecularities of Scrum introduction at projects’ portoflio.

The Lviv Project Management Day 2014 took place on the 26th of April in Lviv city. It has gathered around 200 project managers, team leads, managing software developers or people, who were just starting work in this field.
The main aim of the event was to make the project management field in Ukraine of more professional level, develop IT-outsourcing industry of the Western Ukraine and of course networking.
Viktor’s report was interesting for all participants of project activities who wanted to learn what is Scrum or were aware of this methodology, but didn’t know how to work with it. For all those, who already work with methodology Viktor has prepared useful practical tips, which could help improve the overall process of work. Softengi’s Team Lead presented the activities of certain group, so called ETC – Enterprise Transition Community, as an engine of change and implementation of Scrum at projects.
Viktor answered so important questions as: How to start a movement towards increasing the number of projects working with Scrum methodology? How to continually improve Scrum at projects and move the team to maximize performance? How works ETC – Enterprise Transition Community – its principles, responsibilities and working methods? How to convert 6 of 11 projects in the company to work with Scrum?
