Skelia Supports the Chamber Music Concert on the Occasion of Belgian King’s Day

Skelia, a trusted global IT provider of software development, quality assurance and outsourcing services, sponsored the chamber music concert performed on November, 15 in the National Philharmonic of Ukraine.

The event was organized under the auspices of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium in Ukraine on the occasion of King’s Day.

King’s Day is celebrated in Belgium since 1866 on November, 15 symbolizing the unity of the Belgian nation in its linguistic, political, and cultural diversity. The latest events in the world indicate that intercultural understanding and mutual respect are vitally important for peace and sustainable development.

The concert was an exciting opportunity to enjoy music performed by the famous chamber music quintet Het Collectief from Brussels, Belgium.

The concert featured a talented soprano, Liesbeth Devos, and brilliant musicians – Thomas Dieltjens (piano), Wibert Aerts (violin), Martijn Vink (cello), Toon Fret (flute), Julien Hervé (clarinet).

In Kyiv, the group was joined by Jonathan Focquaert (double bass), Nele Delafonteyne (clarinet), and Vincent Hepp (violin and alto). The program included works of Hanns Eisler, Erwin Schulhoff and Olivier Messiaen.
