PM: the secrets of project management

Friends, we invite IT people, students, and people who need to keep up with all and work successfully to the lecture on project management.
The meeting will consist of two blocks.
The first block, Sergei Movchan, development manager of the company Raccoon Gang is to held.
We will discuss a number of issues:
- Definitions: Project Manager;
- Between two fires: the customer and the team;
- Carrot and stick: what you need to create a dream team;
- Pain and tears: how not to burn;
The second block will be held by Streltsov Maxim – Project manager Acceptic.
In this unit:
- Let’s talk about who you really are?
- Will practice and learn to identify the types of personalities.
- To speculate about the interaction of different types of individuals within and from outside of the organization.
The lecture will be interesting for IT-people, who are just starting their way up the career ladder, and for HR-s, managers, PM-s, sales-managers, and all those whose work is related with communication.
