Kharkiv Project Management Day 2021 Main

Kharkiv Project Management Day is the main conference in eastern Ukraine on IT project management.
Traditionally, the event will bring together about 500 participants: project and product managers in IT, teams, STO, COO, and CEO of IT companies, as well as QAs, BAs, and Scrum Masters.
About 40 speakers will share their experience at 5 conference streams (PM-models, Case Study, Agile and flexible methodologies, Product Management, and Masterclasses).
The conference program will consist of 5 streams:
- Case Study – for team leaders and those who have started a career in project and team management. Simple and complex practices that help manage projects from experienced conference speakers.
- PM-models – for experienced project managers and CEOs of outsourced IT companies, PMO-directors. More comprehensive approaches to project management that take into account the complexity of the environment in which the project has to be conducted.
- Agile and flexible methodologies – cases for those who are interested in SCRUM, Kanban, and in general flexible methodologies, the possibilities of their implementation and use in the team.
- Product management – what is the difference between Product Management and Project Management, features of the manager who is responsible for the product, the practice of sales, and the implementation of product projects.
- Masterclasses – for those who want to get the most skills and practice.
