Battle for Blood and Honor in Program-Ace’s Latest Game

The drums of war are sounding across the realms of man. Have you the will and guile to lead your people to victory? Raise armies, forge alliances, and wage campaigns against friends and foes in Program-Ace’s recently released MMO game Hexagonium. Available for iOS and Android, it captures the scope and depth of strategy games but refines the experience to be enjoyable on mobile devices.

Combining elements of turn-based and real-time strategies, your aim is to build the most powerful kingdom before the world (game session) ends. The world itself is a grid of tiles, ranging from forests to farms to mountains.

Each tile offers different resources for your kingdom if you can capture it. At the beginning of the game, you control only a palace and the tiles surrounding it. From there, the goal is to construct buildings on the tiles to boost production and support a larger army of warriors, archers, knights, engineers, spies, and wizards.

To lead your army and occupy new tiles, you must use your heroes. Unlike kingdoms that only last as long as a given world (sometimes a few hours, sometimes days), heroes are bound to your account and develop with you. This means each time you enter a new world, your heroes join you with the strength you have accumulated over time.

Choose between hero-killing assassins and hunters, powerful buffers like the alchemist and engineer, and balanced brawlers like the general, defender, and barbarian. Each comes with five unique active and passive abilities. Learn to master their unique ins and outs to dominate the battlefield!

The fact it is an MMO that lets you play with — and against — friends, rivals, and strangers from around the world, Hexagonium’s servers keep track of your progress and you can unlock awards based on how many points you earn over the course of a world-session. Choose your strategy and alliances wisely as you build an identity as cruel conqueror, wily diplomat, or benign economist among the dedicated community. Your legions await!
