A lot of water has flowed under the bridge since 2000, when a small start-up called Program-Ace has just begun to conquer IT market.
The first successful projects have quickly made Program-Ace one of the leaders among Ukrainian software development companies delivering high-quality Web solutions and interactive 3D applications.
