December 13-14, QAS Training Center in Softengi invites you to attend a workshop “Easy” Testing Documentation with Alexey Fedorov for manual testers, automation testers and team leaders (managers). Alexey Fedorov is a test documentation developer, the “heart” of the St. Petersburg testing community. He has developed and implemented “from scratch” a documentation systems used in companies for more than two years without significant changes.

Who can attend?
Testers will learn about the value of documentation that helps to understand the big picture, to hoard knowledge and discuss with colleagues and receive practical guidance to support the relevance and need for documentation.
Automator will gain knowledge about the techniques, how to make a clear Autotest report and then select Automation section.
Tim-Leads (managers) will learn to find arguments in favor of the documents, how to select a minimum set of documents in the new project / team to optimize the documentation.

Documenting is one of the most important ways to explore the world. Documentation helps testers to accelerate and simplify work processes: to quickly find a new field; remember where you left off last time; impart knowledge to others.
But at the same time, documentation distracts from the testing and often misleads. Wrong choice of the type of document or incorrect use of it often leads to loss of time and confusion.
Coach:
Alexey Fedorov is a test documentation developer in IT companies, the “heart” of the St. Petersburg community of testers. He has developed and implemented a documentation system in two companies. These systems are used for more than two years without significant changes.
Alex participates in the activities of professional associations for technical writers and analysts in St. Petersburg, a member of the program committee of the SQA Days 14, 15, 16 conference and Analyst Days 2015.
