Unicorn Systems a.s., a renowned European company providing largest information systems and ICT solutions, has purchased the NAV Division and the BSC Division of WBI Systems a.s.
The NAV Division provides its customers with custom-built industry solutions, implementing enterprise information systems built on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform.
The BSC Division provides its customers with custom-built industry solutions, implementing enterprise information systems built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, BI, and SharePoint platforms. This acquisition extends the product and service portfolio of Unicorn Systems, significantly boosting the company’s position in the ERP and CRM solution market.
Teams of NAV Division and BSC Division professionals have been incorporated into the structure of Unicorn Systems and will continue to provide their services to both existing and new clients. Along with the teams, Unicorn Systems took over all job orders and service contracts of NAV and BSC Divisions.
