Intersog’s CEO To Be a Panelist At IAOP Chicago Chapter Meeting
We’re excited to announce that our CEO and Co-Founder Igor Fedulov will participate as a panelist in a meeting of Chicago Chapter of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) that will take place on July 17, 2014, at DePaul University, 14 E. Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL.
The meeting will be co-chaired by Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, DePaul University and Northern Trust, and will address the 2 main issues:
- Effective and Efficient Contracting Process
- Doing Business in Areas with Increased Geopolitical Risk
Within the latter, Igor Fedulov and our long-standing partner Richard Fredrick, President and CEO of Refcor Technical Services, will discuss the case of Ukraine, Europe’s largest pool of software development resources that is currently in the state of hybrid war with Russia.
In spite of ongoing confrontations in Eastern Ukraine, IT Exports business is doing good in the rest of the country, and is projected to grow at 20%-25% by the end of 2014. In particular, Igor and Richard will share real life cases of how global companies continue to leverage Ukraine’s IT talent despite the military actions in the East.
