Intersog Becomes Partner of Coding For Future Project

We’re pleased to announce that Intersog joins Coding For Future project by Brain Basket Foundation, a non-profit and non-government organization aiming to boost IT education eco-system in Ukraine in order to produce 100,000 new software engineers by 2020.

The Coding For Future project aims to let people suffering from / involved in anti-terrorism operation (ATO) in Eastern Ukraine to get adapted and socialize in the civil world conditions by getting a new profession in IT, namely in software QA and testing.

As a project partner, Intersog will provide workplaces to newly trained junior testers in one of our R&D Centers in Ukraine, Kiev or Odessa. Former ATO participants and refugees from Eastern Ukraine will be involved in our internal projects to get the actual software testing experience and improve their qualification.

The fastest learners and best achievers will then be transferred to clients’ projects in case they pass the interview with the client.
