Innovecs told about a workplace wellness

Nataliia Zub, VP of Corporate Development at Innovecs, was invited to HR-brand 3.0 conference, the part of the HR-BRAND Ukraine-2015 Award. Nataliia has told about the market trends and their successful implementation at Innovecs company.

June 19 the HR-brand 3.0 conference was held. At this event leading HR-experts presented their experience, discussed current topics and trends of the profession.

The first part of the conference was dedicated to the talent development, the second – to engagement and corporate culture in new reality, where experts talked about HR during the war time, as well as about the trend – workplace wellness in companies.

Nataliia Zub presented Wellness@Workplace by Innovecs program (W@W program). The program is one of the strategic directions of the company aimed to maintain the health of employees at workplace.

W@W program works with four key topics: health, fitness and sports, healthy food and mind (mental health).

Every topic has its own plan of measures and activities for the year:

• Health –provision of vitamins, meetings with the medical specialists, health insurance, etc.;
• Fitness and Sports – equipment for the own gym, yoga and fitness, membership cards to the swimming
  pool;
• Healthy Food – vitamin cocktails, fruit, salad days;
• Mental health – antistress workshops, meetings with psychologists and others.

“Wellness – is a trend today, people look after their physical and mental health. We understand that our employees spend about 8-9 hours daily at work, and our task is to take care of their health during this time. At the same time, an approach must be complex. Therefore W@W program is provided as a basis for Innovecs strategy in 2015. I am sure that soon we will be able to tell you more about our program and present the results.”

HR-BRAND 3.0 is a conference, where professionals, experts in HR-brand building, opinion leaders, drivers of innovation and others meet. People who are able to expand the horizons and influence the future of the company and society, and the state as a whole.
