Infopulse created public portal for Chamber of Commerce on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013

Client required implementation of public communication and collaboration platform that would serve as a single access point for corporate information landscape.

There was also a need for implementation of community news delivery channel.

As a result customer received sophisticated portal with following features:

  • Documents lifecycle management
  • News & Events mailing system
  • Discussions
  • Wiki content

Portal was realized on SharePoint Server 2013. The development took about 16 weeks. Four engineers were involved.

Implemented solution became an important element of community culture. Customers satisfaction level was essentially increased.

Effectiveness and efficiency of generic business processes were increased, while reducing workloads and costs. There was also an extra effect of increased security and safety of information management activities.
