GlobalLogic has presented its inventions in the Parliament
On February 3, 2016, parliament hearings were held in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. They were devoted to reforms of informational and communicational technologies industry as well as to development of Ukraine’s informational space.
GlobalLogic has participated in this event together with the IT Committee of European Business Association showcasing its most interesting solutions within a thematic exhibition.
One of the aims of European Business Association’s (and it’s members, including GlobalLogic) was to present a huge potential of Ukraine’s IT industry at the international market as well as to demonstrate the competitive power of products created by Ukrainian specialists.

Accordingly, GlobalLogic’s demozone was filled with the newest solutions in the areas of healthcare (an automatic defibrillator and an insulin pump), Internet of Things (swimming tracker), mobile applications and cloud solutions which were developed with the participation of Ukrainian engineers.
These inventions sparked significant interest among the People’s Deputies, journalists and other participants.
Industry representatives who took part in the parliament hearings expresses a unified vision: systematic politics of governmental support is crucial for further development of IT industry and enhancement of investments in Ukraine.
Popularization of Ukraine as a high-tech delivering state should become a priority both within Ukrainian society and abroad. It is equally important to to develop an advantageous legislation, build up an IT education system and strengthen IP protection tools.
The participants of the hearings hope that these reforms will be realized by the parliament and the governments.
