EngagePoint is a proud Sponsor of 2014 MESC
EngagePoint™ will be exhibiting and presenting at—not one, but three sessions—at this year’s Medicaid Enterprise Systems Conference (MESC) in Denver, Colorado from Aug. 18-21, 2014.
EngagePoint, a sponsor of MESC 2014, has been on the forefront in the design and implementation of Medicaid eligibility systems at the state level. In addition, EngagePoint will also moderate five sessions.
MESC to Bring Together Public and Private Thought Leaders of Medicaid Technology
Every year MESC (formerly MMIS Conference) brings together thought leaders from the public and private sectors to share ideas and information related to Medicaid systems and initiatives.
The four-day conference attracts participants from every level of public service—from CIOs to program analysts.
This year’s theme, Moving Mountains with Medicaid Technology, will focus on five subject tracks:
- Developing the Enterprise;
- Strategies for Effectively Governing and Managing the Enterprise;
- Achieving Compliance;
- Driving Improvements Using Data & Analytics;
- Building Interoperability Across Health Systems and Human Service Programs.
EngagePoint Secures Three Speaking Engagements, Five Moderator Positions, a Sponsorship and Exhibit Space
For the first time, EngagePoint will be involved in almost every facet of a conference — as a sponsor, exhibitor, speaker and moderator.
EngagePoint has paired modernization talent with Medicaid experts for solutions that provide cost-efficiency and the increased agility MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture) requires, and the team is excited about sharing what the company has developed with MESC attendees.
Pradeep Goel is teaming up with Tom Baden, chief information officer for Minnesota, to discuss the impact and importance of data in public IT systems on Tuesday, Aug. 19.
In a session titled, “Extending MITA 3.0: Big Data”, they will present strategies on effective enterprise data management that protects data ownership and promotes information sharing.
Todd Schrubb, product manager for EngagePoint Admin Suite, will present two sessions.
His first session scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 19, “Seeking Porous Boundaries: Finding Enterprise COTS That Deliver,” will discuss how integrating COTS with porous boundaries provide greater flexibility, less integration effort, and lower costs.
His second session, “Enrollment 2.0: It’s Time for Eligibility’s Little Brother to Grow Up”, will examine the challenges of enrollment and how EngagePoint’s solutions are helping states address those challenges. This session will take place Thursday, Aug. 21.
EngagePoint’s Cele Bryan, Lori Clark, Janelle McDonald, Kim Smith and Todd will moderate five sessions.
EngagePoint will have a 20×20 booth where the sales and product teams will be on hand to talk to potential clients about our product suites and how EngagePoint is delivering positive outcomes and improving citizens’ access to public service programs.
