End of the Year Review: Breaking 2014

TEAM International proudly announces a recap of this busy year.

In 2014 we celebrated our 10th Anniversary in the outsourced software development business. Today the company provides software development solutions from Eastern Europe to South America, serving clients globally.

The most important milestone was our expansion worldwide by launching two new nearshore development centers in Medellin, Colombia, and Lviv, Ukraine, which are superior options to most outsourcing destinations.

TEAM has also improved its world rankings in the largest software/service providers’ lists. For the fourth consecutive year the company continues to rise in the International Association of Outsourcing Professional’s Global Outsourcing 100 list.

This year our company ranked #80 in the IAOP 100 ranking. TEAM has successfully completed the reappraisal process for the CMMI Maturity Level 3 rating. We were also named to Software magazine’s software 500 ranking of the world’s largest software and service providers for the second year in a row.

The Company renewed its status as Certified Partner for Microsoft 2014-2015, continuing to demonstrate an expertise in Microsoft technologies.

At the beginning of the year we launched the QA/Testing Internship Program after a successful completion of JAVA/HTML5 Internship project. We’ve also initiated the US relocation program for Ukrainian software developers to help initiate the work permit (H1B visa) process, and facilitate the relocation and placement with US Software companies. Our year was full of charity initiatives, which have always been an essential part of TEAM’s operations.

Matt Moore, CEO:

“In 2014, we continued to successfully execute our strategy, further enhancing our leading market position by investing in the products and services our customers need, reducing costs and increasing efficiency and quality of services. Looking ahead, we believe that the software consultancy business remains resilient on the ever changing market place and we are well positioned to benefit from this.”
