DOU, the largest Ukrainian community of software developers, nominates AltexSoft as the best employer of 2014 in SMB category

The study, which surveyed nearly 7,300 employees from 564 companies, was conducted by DOU to show an unbiased picture of employee satisfaction across Ukrainian companies and identify Ukraine’s Best Employers.

The rating included four categories: large (800+ employees), medium+ (201—800 employees), medium (81—200 employees) and small businesses (under 80 employees).

The rating was also conducted for the 5 largest IT-centers of Ukraine including Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Odessa and Dnepropetrovsk.
