NOA shortlists Intetics for Outsourcing SME and International Contract of the Year awards
As part of its annual NOA Awards, the NOA (National Outsourcing Association), UK’s leading outsourcing association, shortlisted Intetics in two categories. Intetics was nominated in the Outsourcing SME of the Year and International Contract of the Year categories.
The awards are in its 12th year and recognize the efforts of companies who have demonstrated best practices in outsourcing. National Outsourcing Association CEO, Kerry Hallard said:
“Following one of its strongest ever years, the global outsourcing industry is undergoing a paradigm shift in terms of technology, customer centricity and client expectation. Buyers and service providers alike are looking to the future, determining which trends are most significant and what investments must be made. This fact is reflected through the submissions for this year’s awards; suppliers are focused on progressive business transformation, with the buyers eager to facilitate them.”
The Outsourcing SME Of the Year category honors companies who have shown impressive growth, entrepreneurial spirit and quality delivery to clients. Companies nominated in this category have excelled in outsourcing delivery and proven that they add value to their clients businesses.
The International Contract of the Year required nominees to submit information about one of their contracts and its strategy, partnership approach, benefits realization for the client, fulfillment of best practices and effective governance.
It also asked to demonstrate how innovation was achieved throughout the partnership. Companies shortlisted in this category showed excellent partnership with their clients.

“The shortlist for this year’s NOA Awards is packed with exemplary case studies featuring efficiency gains, innovation and added value that goes well beyond cost savings. The industry’s key providers are performing as well as ever, alongside a number of new contenders and partnerships pushing the limits of what can be achieved through outsourcing. Needless to say, this is gearing up to be a very exciting awards ceremony.”
The winners will be announced on Thursday, November 19th 2015 at the Landmark Hotel in London, UK.
Intetics is not new to NOA’s Awards. Earlier this year, one of Intetics’ teams working with a UK-based client was named as one of UK’s Best Offshore Teams. Likewise, NOA’s sister organization, the European Outsourcing Association (EOA), named Intetics as having one of the best European BPO Contracts of the Year and European IT Outsourcing Projects of the Year.
