Intetics launched its new mobile application to help companies manage inspection forms and other internal documentation.
The Inspection Form Manager app helps its users create and share highly customizable forms and checklists online or offline, on the web or mobile. The application is free, easy to use, and works on Android and iOS platforms with Windows Phone version coming soon.
The Inspection Form Manager is the latest productivity app that makes it easy to manage forms online or offline.
It allows users to create custom forms and lists on the fly, share them with employees and colleagues, and export them into Excel. The forms can be filled on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. If filled out offline, the data is synchronized with the server when your mobile device gets on-line.
Users can create their custom forms by defining their own categories, choosing format of data input (such as date, image, drop down menu, etc.), assign ownership or add others to edit the forms. Authorized users can add new forms, and edit and comment on existing entries. Multiple forms can be created and linked together, so that one field can be filled with values from a different form or list.
Information can be added to the forms using images from a phone camera or GPS location. Each item is tracked for when it was added and last modified. The app can be further customized by adding your company logo and branding.
The productivity application is versatile and fully customizable. It is a helpful tool to better manage forms and documentation, including inspection forms, employee and contact lists, to do lists or checklists. The data is stored on Intetics secure servers but can be modified to store data on your servers.
The application can be easily integrated with internal management systems such as existing ERP or CRM systems (such as Salesforce, SugarCRM and Microsoft Dynamics), Active Directory and other types of user authentication systems, mapping solutions, fleet management and route optimization software.
