In 2014 Unicorn Grew by 13 %
In 2014, the revenue of Unicorn Group providing complex IT services achieved EUR 63,567 million and employed 1112 IT professionals.
Unicorn has remained successful in its growth and in winning new projects and customers both in the Czech and foreign markets.
93 % of Unicorn Group’s revenue comes from services delivery in the area of development, integration, operation, and support of information systems for clients from banking, insurance, energy, manufacturing, telecommunications and trade industry. Foreign revenue amounted to 36 % of total revenue.
In 2014, Unicorn Systems continued successful projects delivery and acquisition of new projects in the area of information and communication technologies. It extended its product and service portfolio and expanded its team by acquisitions of Cygni Software, iCom Vision, and NAV and BSC divisions of WBI Systems. In autumn 2014, Unicorn Systems expanded to the Netherlands and opened a branch office in Arnhem.
Unicorn Universe based solutions operated by the Plus4U.net cloud service were used by more than 300 organizations and by over 60,000 individuals who performed more than 888,000,000 use-cases and stored over 14 TB of data.
In 2014, 373 students were studying at the Unicorn College and 184 new students enrolled. Unicorn College provided 32 external training courses attended by 235 participants. Unicorn Top Gun Academy operated by Unicorn College provided comprehensive education to 813 employees of Unicorn Group.
