In October Softengi celebrates two months since the publication of the first video “About REST” with the Software Architecture Seminars at Softengi.
It’s time to sum up the results and reveal what our subscribers should expect next.
“Software Architecture Seminars at Softengi” are weekly “live” meetings, which are held on Tuesdays and bringing together leading developers and architects from Softengi and other Intecracy Group companies.
Originally Software Architecture Seminars were planned as closed events only for employees of the Intecracy Group member companies. However, later it became clear that the topics would be of interest not only to employees of the group of companies. So far, the “live” format is closed to the third party visitors, but the video presentation of reports are open for everybody at our YouTube channel.
Almost voluntarily was selected Sergii Pavlik, a Project Manager for Enviance projects portfolio in Softengi company, who became an organizer and responsible for seminars.
“We do not have pre-published list of topics for the year ahead”,
- says Sergii.
“The attendees are free to suggest topics, depending on what is relevant today among software architects and developers.
This may be a problem which someone has solved on a project and wants to share it. But it may also be just an interesting topic which has not been studied and interesting for the audience”.
The software architects are not limited in choosing the topics, they also feel the freedom to choose and every week offer new themes and bring their own initiatives for presentations.
It is planned that after YouTube channel the seminars will be transformed in the format of webinars or even “live” seminars with our architects and invited speakers.
