Roundtable discussion “Outsourcing as a tool to reduce costs” by Innovecs

Innovecs, an American business technology outsourcing company headquartered in Ukraine, took part in roundtable discussion organized by the editors of BUSINESS, Ukrainian weekly business newspapers.

The discussion was devoted to the development of outsourcing in Ukraine and its most effective usage as a tool for costs reduction in crisis.

The representatives of companies from almost all areas of business, both providers of outsourcing services and their costumers, were invited to participate in discussion.

IT-outsourcing is being one of the most developed spheres in Ukraine. At the roundtable this direction was presented by Sergey Khandogin, COO at Innovecs, and Nataliya Zub, VP of HR & Recruitment at Innovecs.

Each of the participants summarized the situation in his area.

This is how Nataliya Zub commented on the situation in IT outsourcing:

” There is a large IT potential in Ukraine. Companies from Silicon Valley expand their teams through our talents and create high-tech products, being provided with quality service from our side. “

The participants of the roundtable discussed the state and prospects of the market for outsourced services in Ukraine, legal regulation of outsourcing relations in local practice, as well as talked about possible problems related to increasing of the efficiency of business processes using outsourcing.

“Prior to sell outsourcing services, you need to explain to the client what he should do within his company to get real results from outsourcing, -
said Sergey Khandogin, COO at Innovecs.
– You need to find out all his needs and problems to the smallest details. It is necessary to do to avoid the situation when only in the process of work under the project it appears that the customer needs something else.”

The enthusiasm shown by the participants of the discussion gives reason to believe that despite all the difficulties the development of the industry is going in the right direction.
