The company started its independent activities in 2000, and until 2000 was a part of one of the biggest software developers in Ukraine, the “Argus” company, founded in 1991. At the moment two companies, “Quartz” and “Argus”, still work closely and are part of the same holding. Both companies are registered partners of the “Oracle” Corporation.
