is one training out of the "Software development team leader" series, developed by Carnegie Mellon University . Materials and trainings of this program cover all topics of Carnegie Mellon one semester course – Masters in Software Engineering.Training deals with the problems of efficient implementation and application of quality management processes both for final product and for it’s development on all stages of software development life cycle.
Participants will acquire knowledge and skills in different techniques of testing, validation and inspections, formal and informal reviews. To top it all off, issues of formal and informal audits will be discussed, as well as process inspections, data collection for improving software development procedures and recommendations of CMMi in the domain of quality management.
Special attention in the training program is paid to practical trainings and research of situational cases in Software development industry dealing with solving various tasks connected with quality management based on the best world practices.
Upon training completion all participants and sponsors are awarded with Carnegie Mellon University certificate.

Training is aimed at senior technical professionals, project managers and development team leaders, business analysts of software development companies, IT-integrators and corporate IT departments as well as directors of small software development companies.
