Role of Ongoing Training in Software Testing

Success of the company is impossible without constant improvement. Every day the team should prove its professionalism and rise to a new level.

But there’s no limit to perfection and it is worth to go the extra mile. Therefore, software testing company is highly recommended to combine workflow organization with ongoing training.

This principle is applied not only for the whole company, but for each member of the team as well. For example, unit testing, testing of the usability or performance testing helps a specialist to improve the skills and learn something new.

However, work efficiency of the whole company doesn’t depend on manual or automated testingof a certain project. Company growth is tough and complicated process and it requires thorough planning.

In general, the process of ongoing training can be divided into 4 main stages:

  • planning,
  • realization,
  • verification,
  • implementation.

When a company starts a new project, for example, regarding software testing process improvement, it is necessary to plan every aspect. Then the ideas should be put into effect using available instruments and according to the plan.

After project realization it is important to analyze the results and estimate the efficiency. New information, which was received during results verification, should be used for improvement of the project.

Every of these steps are interdependent and important. Following ongoing training principle, company is bound to be successful.
