Lviv Outsourcing Forum has been arranging conferences annually during 10 years.
Previously there were conducted 9 conferences with nearly 1800 participants from an outsourcing industry in Ukraine for sharing the experience and discussing pokerfaced issues. As a result, the amount of employees in the companies increased remarkably as a number of clients and M&A contracts. Moreover, the organizational structures in the companies and their developmental strategy have been improved significantly.
