Innovecs and Alex Lutskiy won national award “Person of the Year-2016”
On March 25, 2017, the twenty-first solemn ceremony of honoring laureates and winners of the nationwide program “Person of the Year-2016” was held.
Innovecs and its founder Alex Lutskiy won the category “Leader of Digital Industry”.
The celebration was held in the main halls of the country – the National Opera of Ukraine.
It is natural, that Innovecs was named the “Leader in Digital Industry”. Innovecs is an international outsourcing company with headquarters and R & D center in Ukraine and offices in New York, San Francisco, London and Tel Aviv.
The company specializes in the design and development of innovative software solutions for customers around the world.
The Innovecs team has a deep expertise in the field of Gaming & Entertainment, AdTech, FinTech, eCommerce, logistics, telecommunications and healthcare. Innovecs works with the latest technologies, such as Blockchain, BI & BigData, VR, cloud computing, mobile solutions.
The history of Innovecs is a story of the growth and development of a small start-up, which over five years has become a global company with offices in four countries.
For these five years the team has grown to three hundred employees. Corporate policy and culture Innovecs are aimed at disclosing and developing the potential of each employee, which has a beneficial effect on the growth of the entire industry.

Recall that Alex Lutskiy, founder of Innovecs, has extensive experience in the international IT industry.
Alex began his professional career in the US in the late 1990s as a software engineer. Later, he held managerial positions in various American companies, where he demonstrated the ability to lead teams to a new level of success in highly competitive industries and in a rapidly changing environment.
In 2010, he returned to Ukraine to found a successful IT company here, which now employs almost 300 engineers. For Innovecs, Alex was not afraid to choose a non-traditional business model for Ukrainian outsourcing.
It is based on the belief in the potential of Ukrainian developers and managers, deep conviction that Ukraine is ready for the open and direct dialogue with Western customers.
During the ceremony, Alex Lutskiy, co-founder and CEO of Innovecs, thanked the Supreme Academic Council for the award and expressed his deep appreciation to all employees of Innovecs:
“We have always worked primarily to recognize our customers and our employees. And the fact that for 5 years of hard work the business environment recognized us, the IT industry, and now the state, gives me and my team confidence that we all managed to create a successful business, which means that we are on the right track.
I would like to thank the Supreme Academic Council for the choice and their trust. And I want to thank and of course the entire Innovecs team for having taken this difficult journey with me.”
