Lviv City Council and Infopulse Present E-Governance Self-Service Portal 2.0

On April 4, 2017, Infopulse and Lviv City Council proudly presented an updated version of the Lviv E-Governance Self-Service Portal (Lviv Citizen Portal). Distinguished guests from both sides were speaking about new features and advantages of the service during the press conference that was held in the time club “CoMMuna” in Lviv, Ukraine.

Lviv E-Governance Self-Service Portal 2.0 was updated within the cooperation of the Lviv City Council, International foundation “Renaissance”, and Infopulse.

Today, the portal provides the full range of services of the Lviv City Council – 158 online administrative services available for citizens.

The services can be filtered by date, by recipient, by status (active or completed request). Logging in to the cabinet is enabled through most online identifiers that operate in Ukraine, including BankID.

“We haven’t updated the portal for a long time, thus we had time to take a new look at the design. We made it more user-friendly and added the City Council structure. It is no less important that all of the administrative services of the Lviv City Council are available online. This saves time for both citizens and officials.”

– Ivan Korzhov, Deputy Head, IT Office, Lviv City Council

“Lviv is a pioneer in initiating different social trends. Lviv City Council systematically develops the Lviv E-Governance Self-Service Portal, and Infopulse together with honorable paprtners is proud to be a part of this project. We strongly believe in the project’s capacity and plan to continue its development. Now the portal provides all services of the Lviv City Council and has a lot of upgrades. For example, one needs at most two hours to deliver the new service to the portal, thus we reduced support and time expenses.”

– Lyubomyr Boychuk, Infopulse VP of Business Development

It is planned to integrate the portal with the global services on the nationwide level. Additionally, the portal is going to provide business-related services, such as registration of businesses or changing the classifiers of economic activities.

The updated solution was presented by Andriy Sadovyi, Mayor of Lviv; Andriy Moskalenko, Deputy Mayor of Lviv for Development; Ivan Korzhov, Head of IT Office of the Lviv City Council; Lyubomyr Boychuk, Infopulse VP of Business Development.
